We want you to love your WeWoreWhat pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 21 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your return confirmation email.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
